2. User Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

QuickPsd asserts absolutely zero ownership, copyright claims, or intellectual property rights over any images, vectors, PSD files, or design documents you open, modify, or export through our platform. All creative visual assets remain 100% your exclusive intellectual property.

3. Permitted Use & Conduct

You agree to use QuickPsd tools solely for lawful personal and commercial design tasks. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt our delivery infrastructure, inject malicious scripts, or run automated scraping bots that degrade system availability for other visitors.

4. Third-Party Integrations & API Licenses

Our PSD Editor integrates the Photopea API to provide deep Adobe Photoshop file compatibility. Your use of the editor iframe conforms to standard client-side usage terms governing browser-based API integrations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All services and tools on QuickPsd are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we engineer our client-side pipelines for maximum reliability, QuickPsd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unexpected device crashes, browser tab closures, or local data loss.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable United States laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
